  2、常見與(yu)滑枕有關的故障原因及排除(chu)方法 
  2.1 滑枕電(dian)機(ji)反(fan)饋(kui)到驅動裝置(zhi)V57線路故障(zhang)

  3、常見與主(zhu)軸有關的故障原(yuan)因及排除(chu)方法 
  3.1 主軸箱(xiang)不能(neng)快速上升,快速下(xia)降(jiang)時主軸箱(xiang)抖(dou)動、驅(qu)動電(dian)機噪聲大故障 
  檢查主軸(zhou)箱夾緊裝(zhuang)置、絲杠及絲母靜壓潤滑系統(tong)(tong)、電氣驅(qu)動均正常,但發現(xian)(xian)主軸(zhou)箱前鏈條過(guo)緊,由此判斷是滑枕補(bu)償系統(tong)(tong)出現(xian)(xian)故障。 
  根據滑(hua)枕(zhen)伸出8個不同位(wei)置,對應8個行程檢測接近(jin)開關,通過三菱PLC FX2N-32MR-001程序控(kong)制(zhi)器輸出0~10V不同直流模擬電(dian)壓,從而改變電(dian)液比(bi)例(li)閥輸出壓力(li)。壓力(li)輸出是(shi)隨著滑(hua)枕(zhen)向前伸出逐漸(jian)遞(di)增,向后(hou)回縮逐漸(jian)遞(di)減原則。通過控(kong)制(zhi)主軸箱(xiang)配重平(ping)衡錘內油缸壓力(li)大(da)小,改變主軸箱(xiang)升(sheng)降(jiang)前、后(hou)鏈條張力(li),達到對滑(hua)枕(zhen)平(ping)行運動補償目的。 
  3.2 主軸(zhou)箱(xiang)點(dian)動(dong)(dong)時突然快速向下運動(dong)(dong)故障 
  查找原因是主(zhu)軸箱(xiang)快速向下運(yun)動時中間繼電器KA12吸合。此(ci)故障出現在日本三菱(ling)單片機可編程序控制(zhi)器PC內部(bu),由于鏜銑床已運(yun)轉十(shi)幾年,與(yu)三菱(ling)PC內部(bu)相關的一(yi)個輸(shu)出繼電器老化,觸點粘連,更換一(yi)個新的繼電器后故障排除。 
  3.3 主(zhu)軸啟(qi)動(dong),選擇主(zhu)軸箱、立柱位置旋鈕時(shi),主(zhu)軸自動(dong)停車故(gu)障 
  鏜銑(xian)床啟動(dong)(dong)后有6臺油(you)(you)泵(beng)電(dian)機工作(zuo),每個油(you)(you)泵(beng)電(dian)機主電(dian)源線(xian)路中串聯一(yi)(yi)個過熱繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi),防止燒損(sun)油(you)(you)泵(beng)電(dian)機。油(you)(you)泵(beng)電(dian)機過熱繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)輔助觸點接(jie)(jie)至三菱PLC的(de)X023輸入(ru)點,由于(yu)在選擇(ze)主軸箱(或立(li)柱)時,配電(dian)柜內(nei)部繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)振動(dong)(dong),其中一(yi)(yi)個油(you)(you)泵(beng)電(dian)機過熱繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)輔助觸點虛(xu)接(jie)(jie),X023指示燈瞬間(jian)閃動(dong)(dong),肉眼(yan)很(hen)難發現,用木棒撞擊配電(dian)柜內(nei)部配電(dian)板方法,檢查到此(ci)故障點,更(geng)換一(yi)(yi)個新(xin)的(de)過熱繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)后,故障排(pai)除。
